  • Create and design product content materials with MadCap Flare
  • Revise edit and update written and digital content
  • Integrate and maintain extensive documentation standards across all content
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure concepts and functions are accurately documented
  • Collaborate with team to guarantee timely delivery of product readiness
  • Independently driven to research products or tools as needed
  • Understand technical possibilities and limitations to troubleshoot and maintain timely implementation
