- Technical product and data visualization background
Day to day
- Lead a talented team of product designers
- Oversee the UX of compliance products from conception to launch
- Partner closely with product managers engineers and UX researchers
- Empower and manage designers to produce high-quality work
- Develop and enhance design systems and strategies
- Solicit and utilize feedback for process improvement
- Champion innovative and efficient design approaches across the organization
