- Collaborative experience with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers
- Significant experience collaborating with C-level or Executive Committee
- Ability to simplify and translate complex issues for non-expert audiences
- Comfortable presenting and defending decisions to senior stakeholders
- Able to balance leading listening and adapting in meetings

Day to day
- Lead and scale a team of 5 product designers across cross-functional squads.
- Identify strategic UX opportunities and drive them with product and engineering partners.

- Shape design processes and best practices to improve speed quality and consistency.
