Who you are

• 3-5 years of experience designing and shipping software products
• Familiarity with design systems and an understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience leading design teams
• Passionate about crafting user journeys and solving user experience challenges
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to quickly move from concept to high-fidelity designs and iterate based on feedback
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to express design ideas clearly to designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Empathy for users and a commitment to improving user experiences
• A portfolio that demonstrates experience in software design and UI patterns

What the job involves

• Create design explorations using our design system to develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Collaborate with designers and leadership to craft smooth, end-to-end user journeys
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand requirements
• Participate in research activities, including user interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and improve designs
• Help maintain consistency across projects by using and contributing to the design system
