- Portfolio showing strong writing across multiple formats including product copy emails long-form or marketing
- Active daily use of AI tools for drafting editing researching and exploring ideas
- Comfort working with subject matter experts and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to grammar tone and consistency
- Curiosity about customers and their needs
- Openness to feedback and rapid iteration

Day to day
- Translate complex financial and process concepts into clear motivating copy across email text and in-product flows.
- Review homeowner research call recordings and funnel data to shape effective content decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product designers PMs engineers marketing sales legal compliance and ops to write review and ship consistent messaging.
- Draft scripts and copy for AI-driven experiences such as chat voice and knowledge base content while monitoring performance and iterating based on results.
