Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a UX/UI design role
- Proven expertise in Service Design or Human-Centered Design
- Proficiency in design software like Figma or Sketch
- Experience with dynamic and low-fidelity prototyping tools
- Understanding of Customer Development
- Experience in Agile or Scrum framework
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Fluency in Ukrainian
Day to day
- Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences
- Analyze customer journey maps to identify enhancement opportunities
- Partner with the Product Management team to align design activities
- Participate in internal meetings to ensure alignment on problem definitions
- Collaborate with teams to brainstorm solutions aligning with product direction
- Develop wireframes and storyboards to articulate design solutions
- Craft prototypes to validate and visualize new product concepts
- Lead usability tests to assess prototype effectiveness and gather insights
- Execute all stages of the visual design process from concept to final hand-off
- Establish design guidelines and advocate for best practices within the organization
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess design success
