Requirements
- A degree in Design or a related field
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Designer, with a portfolio showcasing original designs
- A preference for candidates who have worked with leading retailers or fast fashion brands
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Exceptional artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt designs accordingly
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally for business trip as required
Day to day
- Design and develop fashion-forward collections that align with clients' brand aesthetics and target market preferences
- Research current fast fashion trends, materials, and techniques to inspire and inform design concepts
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to prototype and refine designs, provide support on product features and advantages, and address technical issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand their demands and incorporate feedback into designs
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
