Who you are

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design across web and mobile platforms
• Possess a portfolio demonstrating design proficiency across varied audiences and devices
• Skilled in articulating design rationale and strategy
• Experienced in conducting user interviews and usability tests
• Proficient in using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and collaboration skills able to work across diverse teams
• Capable of managing projects from inception to completion

What the job involves

• Support the Begin product roadmap and overarching brand vision through design across multiple platforms including mobile and web
• Conceptualize intuitive user experiences across platforms and devices
• Rapidly create user experience artifacts including functional specs user flows wireframes sitemaps prototypes and low-fidelity sketches
• Iterate on design solutions based on feedback research and test results
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure product designs are executed to spec
• Demonstrate the ability to design for different audiences within and across multiple products under one brand
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative studies for product improvement
