Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design across web and mobile platforms
- Possess a portfolio demonstrating design proficiency across varied audiences and devices
- Skilled in articulating design rationale and strategy
- Experienced in conducting user interviews and usability tests
- Proficient in using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and collaboration skills able to work across diverse teams
- Capable of managing projects from inception to completion

- Consumer marketplaces design
- Children's media/product or games design
- Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related field
Day to day
- Support the Begin product roadmap and overarching brand vision through design across multiple platforms including mobile and web
- Conceptualize intuitive user experiences across platforms and devices
- Rapidly create user experience artifacts including functional specs user flows wireframes sitemaps prototypes and low-fidelity sketches
- Iterate on design solutions based on feedback research and test results
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure product designs are executed to spec
- Demonstrate the ability to design for different audiences within and across multiple products under one brand
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative studies for product improvement
