Who you are
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field, Master's degree is a plus
- Experience at a top-tier crypto company is a plus
- High bar for craft and quality with strong conceptual and design-thinking skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Desirables
- Motion design
- Brand and Design systems experience
- Knowledge of blockchain
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency
- Knowledge of the fintech industry

- Play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of crypto products
