Remote Product Designer Job in UK Eight Sleep

Who you are

• Interest in health and wellness space, particularly in sleep
• 3+ years experience in UX and UI in mobile design
• Experience in shipping designs to public users with data to prove success or failure
• Ability to consider technical implications of design decisions and balance between user value and technical effort
• Experience in coaching junior designers and collaborating closely with Product Managers
• Obsessed with simplicity and high-quality design aesthetics
• Independent thinker
• Ability to manage design process from start to end even in ambiguous environments
• Able to iterate quickly and often
• Confident in writing clear agendas and presenting design updates to C-suite leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in a related design field or equivalent experience

What the job involves

• You’ll sit at the intersection of Design and Product, leading the end-to-end design and evolution of the Eight Sleep app
• You’ll conduct usability studies and user interviews to inform design work
