Desirables

• Experience in B2B/B2B2C environments
• Cross-platform design skills (iOS, Android, Web)

What the job involves

• Conduct research and analysis to become an expert in the relevant domain and customer segment
• Take full ownership of product specification, information architecture, user flows, and user experience
• Validate and iterate design and usability hypotheses by building rapid UX prototypes and testing
• Deliver UI visual designs, transitions, and animations to a best-in-class standard
• Liaise with engineering teams to support development process, review builds, and ensure final product meets your design expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design practice, process, and tooling
• Build relationship with sales and customer success teams to meet product marketing needs for new releases
