Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Meaningful experience with complex multi-surface products
- Proven fintech experience shipping financial products
- Experience with crypto or onchain products
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end work on complex products
- Experience building or contributing to a design system
- Comfort with technically deep product surfaces and third-party integrations
- Strong systems thinking and pattern-based design approach
- Sharp judgment on scope sequencing and tradeoffs
- Excellent written communication for a remote async-first team
- Fluency in Figma
- Ability to work within European timezone and working hours

Day to day
- Own design areas end-to-end from discovery and problem framing through flows prototypes high-fidelity UI launch and iteration
- Build and maintain the design system across web and mobile so components patterns and guidelines scale cleanly
- Design complex financial workflows including edge cases and states while working closely with product engineering sales and marketing
- Run customer research and usability testing end-to-end then translate insights into clear design direction
