Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience in B2B or enterprise applications
- Experience designing for technical or admin audiences such as policy builders rules engines dashboards or configuration-heavy interfaces
- Systems thinking with multi-step workflows conditional logic edge cases policy conflict resolution and exception handling
- Portfolio demonstrating complex rules-based systems simplified into usable interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design system workflows
- Working fluency with AI-assisted design and research tools with judgment to validate outputs

Day to day
- Own end-to-end design for data security and file security features including DLP policy configuration file scanning and sanitization alerts and remediation workflows
- Translate complex security and compliance logic into clear configurable admin experiences that are not overwhelming
- Design user interactions that make AI and ML-driven classification legible with confidence indicators explanations and review or override paths
- Create end-user moments such as download warnings redaction previews and access requests that balance security with productivity
- Partner with product management and engineering to run discovery synthesize research and iterate quickly using AI-assisted tools
