Who you are
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in user research and design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in crafting user-centric design solutions for complex problems
- Proven track record in conducting and applying usability research
- Strong capability in balancing exceptional visual design with functional, accessible product design
- Experience in health tech is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- Develop intuitive and accessible design layouts, sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web platforms, specifically tailored for older users
- Conduct in-depth usability studies to understand the needs and challenges of our users, translating this data into actionable design decisions
- Lead projects from conception to completion, applying strong project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables with minimal supervision
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate user research into both strategic and tactical product decisions
- Act as an internal consultant for design and product decisions
- Working with design systems and integrating them into the product development lifecycle, ensuring consistent and efficient design practices
