Requirements
- Invent novel UI/UX for next-gen Generative AI products
- Contribute to overall product direction & feature decision-making
- Run end-to-end design projects with engineers & stakeholders
- Create features and novel UI/UX improvements quickly
- Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams
- Work with engineering during implementation, including touching up CSS
- Establish the early design culture and process
Nice to have
- Experience at early-stage startup
- Frontend development experience beyond HTML/CSS
- Understanding of finance services landscape
Day to day
- Lead design projects from idea through implementation and launch
- Set the early design culture, balancing speed and process in a hyper-growth environment
- Design fast, flexible, and adaptable solutions focusing on the best product for customers
