- Strong autonomy and ownership combined with a collaborative and accountable approach.
- Comfortable in solving ambiguous and complex design problems.

- Excellent command over visual design including hierarchy layout color and typography.
- Familiarity with Figma preferred and experience in B2B environments is a bonus.

Day to day
- Meet and learn from customers to understand their needs and create effective solutions.
- Design intuitive and magical user workflows for CEOs and founders.
- Refine and iterate on user experiences to meet customer goals and improve existing workflows.
- Contribute to product development and offer insights that influence the company's roadmap.
- Support the design needs across various aspects including brand and sales collateral.
