Day to day
- Own end-to-end product design for key workflows, from problem framing and user flows through polished implementation-ready UI.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to simplify complex experiences and meet user operational and business needs.
- Design multi-step flows with clear information architecture interaction models annotations validation states edge cases and accessibility in mind.
- Improve critical journeys such as onboarding income reporting document upload verification outcomes and review submission flows.
