Requirements
- 3-6 years of product design experience shipping web products
- Portfolio of data-dense interfaces such as dashboards financial tools or analytics products
- Real fluency in options trading or a closely related financial domain
- Strong visual interaction and information architecture skills
- Ability to take a flow from idea to engineering-ready spec
- Comfortable working with engineers as peers
- Self-directed and able to prioritize work in an early-stage environment
- Crisp written communication for async collaboration

- Design systems adoption experience
Day to day
- Own end-to-end product design for the web app including flows IA interaction and visual design
- Partner closely with engineering and product to decide priorities and ship improvements incrementally
- Run small user research efforts prototype when useful and push back constructively on UI patterns that do not serve users
