Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience (preference for developer tools/ML software platforms)
- Bachelor’s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
- Proven experience delivering high-quality products with a portfolio that showcases your skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions effectively
- Experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus

Day to day
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and user requirements
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for our web-based software
- Mature our design language and reusable component library and champion its adoption
- Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results to refine and enhance user experience
