Most hiring tools are stuck in the 90s and AI is making it worse, not better. More spam, more noise, more generic outreach that wastes everyone's time. We're reworking how people find their next role with one profile that actually shows your work, smart matching that puts you in front of the right companies, and a real person on the other side who cares about getting it right.
We work with companies across AI, developer tools, consumer, fintech, and health tech, ranging from teams that have raised $1B+ with 3,000+ employees to earlier stage companies at $50M+ with 100+ employees. We've helped talent from Google, Apple, Palantir, Uber, and Ramp connect with companies like Vercel, Paraform, Abridge, and Parallel.
About this roleCompanies in the Yara Network are hiring product designers at every level, from founding designer to staff. Most hiring tools judge designers on resumes. We judge on work: your Yara profile shows your actual craft, and companies respond to that.
