Who you are

• A minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience, including comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Strong creative experience with a deep understanding of consumer, style, and culture.
• Proven ability to build original product designs across a broad range of price points and model types.
• Expertise in generating a wide range of concepts and solutions for each project, with experience supporting broader design initiatives, including multi-gender, multi-dimension, and multi-activity projects.
• Proficiency in digital design tools, including the Creative Suite, with a preference for experience in sophisticated digital tools or 3D skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present new ideas or seasonal concepts to both small and large groups, including executive leaders and external customers.
• Strong cobbling and prototyping skills, with the ability to turn concepts into tangible products.

• Lead the research and development of performance-based products from conception to retail, ensuring they meet the needs of both accounts and consumers.

• Collaborate with product creation teams across all Nike business units to develop concepts that align with the vision for new products.
