Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI or product design experience in SaaS or enterprise applications
- Strong portfolio with web and mobile design work
- Proficiency in Figma Sketch or Adobe XD
- Understanding of front-end technologies HTML CSS and basic JavaScript
- Knowledge of responsive design principles
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset for user feedback and data
- Experience with Flutter UI guidelines is a plus

Day to day
- Own end-to-end UX and UI design across web, mobile, and admin tools
- Conduct UX audits to uncover usability issues and improve workflows
- Create wireframes user flows prototypes and polished interfaces in Figma or similar tools
- Build a consistent design system and collaborate closely with developers to protect design quality
- Support user research usability testing and product alignment to create a modern engaging experience
