Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in UI / UX design for a web-application
- Experience designing in Figma and extreme familiarity with its offerings / capabilities
- Experience designing interfaces and creating user flows, wireframes and interactive mockups
- Experience with design sprints / agile methodology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with marketplace and payments platforms
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills
Day to day
- Design and implement new platform features across our web-app: including new features, updates and improvements from start to finish
- Collaborate with our larger product team, helping to solve problems and implement improvements through great design and UI / UX best practices
- Communicate design concepts through storyboards, wireframes and prototypes
- Focus on implementing best product practices, designing for reusability, scalability and accessibility
- Maintain and improve upon our current design system
- Help support product research as needed about our user and / or the problem at hand
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
- Iterate, collaborate and communicate with the larger design and product teams
