Requirements
- 5-10 years of program or lifecycle management experience in a B2B SaaS product organization
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of modern product development practices including dual-track discovery and delivery double-diamond and triad collaboration
- Solid grasp of the full product development lifecycle including discovery funding alignment delivery and post-launch evaluation
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Product Discovery
- Experience coordinating complex cross-team initiatives in shared-resource environments
- Technical fluency in SaaS and web application environments
- Experience operationalizing and strengthening product operating models in scaling organizations
- Experience working with shared engineering pools and cross-team dependencies
- Experience supporting globally distributed product teams
- Familiarity with microservices or platform-based architectures
- Experience working within or alongside a Product Operations function

Day to day
- Facilitate alignment sessions across the product lifecycle including discovery syncs triad meetings Epic readiness reviews and post-launch evaluations
- Prepare structured agendas and drive each session toward clear decisions next steps and accountable owners
- Track risks dependencies and initiative health while improving operational discipline predictability and cross-functional collaboration
