Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in product development and insurance compliance
- Extensive experience in insurance product development within the insurance industry
- Required knowledge of proprietary and bureau based programs and exceptions including ISO and AAIS
- Ability to review and interpret bureau circulars
- Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and regulatory environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with SERFF ISOnet Wrike APCIA Wolters Kluwer and IRMI is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity

Day to day
- Assist with the strategy design and launch of new and enhanced insurance products
