Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in product development and insurance compliance
- Extensive experience in insurance product development within the insurance industry
- Required knowledge of proprietary and bureau based programs and exceptions
- Ability to review and interpret bureau circulars
- Deep knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products and related regulatory environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity

Day to day
- Assist with the strategy design and launch of new and enhanced insurance products across the full lifecycle
- Prepare competitor comparisons and identify market opportunities to support product vision and roadmap decisions
- Coordinate with Actuarial State Filings and sales teams to drive compliant product development and successful market launch
