Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Development Food Science R&D Quality Assurance Manufacturing or related field
- Experience within sports nutrition supplements beverages FMCG food manufacturing or similar industry
- Comfortable conducting sensory evaluations and assessing flavour texture appearance and finished product quality
- Strong understanding of product development and commercialization processes
- Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence working directly with manufacturers and suppliers
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized proactive and solutions-focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders functions and time zones
- Willing and able to travel regularly to manufacturing and supplier sites throughout the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science Nutrition Chemistry Product Development or related discipline preferred

Day to day
- Lead sensory evaluations, sample testing, and product approvals across the manufacturing network.
- Coordinate first production runs and support successful commercialization of new products from concept through launch.
- Act as the on-the-ground quality and product checkpoint while resolving product, supplier, and manufacturing issues quickly.
