What the job involves
- You will be an important part of our product and engineering team focusing on shipping glorious experiences to our hosts.
- You will continue to evolve the product and work on our vision to simplify operating short-term rentals with AI.
- You will utilize OpenAI Anthropic and other AI infrastructure APIs including embeddings and RAG tool calling structured output prompt engineering intent parsing guardrails hallucination detection and LLM evaluations.
- You will have high ownership and accountability over the product shaping process.
- You will not just follow instructions but actively participate in creating meaningful AI features.
