Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications
- Strong professional experience developing with Python
- Strong T-SQL and SQL Server development experience including query optimization stored procedures and data modeling
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services
- Full-stack web development experience with JavaScript HTML CSS and a modern front-end framework
- Experience building AI agent-based or automation solutions in a production environment
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative test-driven development workflows
- Experience owning projects through the full software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and support
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Day to day
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications across backend services front-end interfaces and SQL Server data layers
- Develop production-quality Python services automation and data processing tools that support logistics operations
