Day to day

  • Build and ship full-stack features across Ruby on Rails and React Native applications
  • Work with product clinical operations and care teams to turn operational problems into software solutions
  • Own features end to end from scoping and deployment through iteration and performance review
  • Build internal tools automations and integrations to improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze product and operational data to assess whether shipped work delivered results
  • Participate in sprint planning code review testing and rollouts
