Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping complex web or mobile applications
  • Principal level technical depth with ability to architect systems and debug production issues independently
  • Experience managing projects defining roadmaps or influencing product direction
  • Expert in React TypeScript Node.js Python and cloud infrastructure such as GCP CDN and IAP
  • Comfort with SQL or analytics tools such as Tableau Snowflake Looker or Databricks

Day to day

  • Own complex features from concept through production launch and user feedback cycles
  • Collaborate with clinical and product stakeholders to define requirements user flows and success metrics
  • Design scalable full-stack solutions and coordinate delivery across engineering design and operations teams
  • Use data and direct clinician feedback to iterate rapidly and improve feature outcomes
  • Mentor junior engineers and strengthen the team's product thinking and business impact
