- Proven full-stack ability across modern front end and backend services
- Track record of shipping products end to end with ownership of scope tradeoffs and results

- Data fluency to define instrument and read metrics and adapt based on evidence
- Ability to move fast while maintaining high quality systems

Day to day
- Own the full lifecycle of features and products across consumer platforms from problem discovery through production and measurement
- Build end to end across front end backend and data without handoffs, including UI services and instrumentation
