Requirements
- Strong PostgreSQL experience including complex queries performance tuning and schema design
- Solid data modeling and systems-design judgment
- Hands-on systems integration across APIs tools and production workflows
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to ship reliable production systems quickly
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to CircuitHub factories in the US and UK and work on the factory floor

Day to day
- Own entire production software systems end-to-end from problem discovery through deployment and operations
- Design and build internal operational software that connects planning materials purchasing personnel and factory processes
- Partner closely with factory operators engineers and leadership to improve throughput reliability and automation across manufacturing workflows
- Develop production planning tools inventory and materials-flow systems and integrate new automation equipment and AI-driven decision support
