Requirements
- 5+ years building consumer products for mobile or full stack environments
- Product centric mindset with focus on user experience
- Ability to identify tradeoffs and make product decisions
- Experience quickly de risking new ideas and building new product experiences
- Strong sense of urgency and can do attitude
- Experience designing clean and maintainable APIs
- Experience running A/B experiments and making data informed decisions
- Familiarity with best practices for mobile apps and web
- Ability to simplify ambiguous messy problems
- Can work at least 6 hours within coordination hours 8am PST to 6pm PST

Day to day
- Build and evolve Finch's mobile product with high autonomy and speed from idea to launch
- Partner closely with product designers creative designers character animators and founders to shape playful delightful experiences
- Help define engineering norms and tools while contributing to a high performing product focused culture
