Requirements
- Proficient in Ruby and Typescript
- Professional hands-on Ruby on Rails and React experience
- Minimum of 2 years working in a web-based production environment
- Must reside in the U.S.
- Generally available for team meetings between 9am-5pm EST

Day to day
- Develop in an agile environment including TDD and frequent pair programming
- Contribute to a balanced team working with product and design to shape the application
- Consistently deliver quality well-tested code that supports business goals
- Participate in an on-call rotation ensuring timely resolution of critical system issues and contributing to the continuous improvement of system reliability and availability
Hiring process
