Requirements
- Strong product engineering fundamentals in TypeScript React and Next.js or similar
- Enough backend understanding to build features without blockers including APIs auth data flow persistence and basic infra concepts
- Taste and judgment to recognize what is working and improve it
- Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into a polished implementation without a perfect spec
- Systems thinking for performance edge cases instrumentation and maintainability
- Daily use of AI tools to accelerate work effectively
- Experience shipping real projects side projects or experiments and explaining decisions tradeoffs and fixes

Day to day
- Build features end-to-end from product thinking through implementation to launch and iteration
- Partner closely with design and engineering to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped product quickly
- Own UI craft and the technical decisions that keep experiences fast reliable and scalable
- Shape internal patterns primitives component quality testing and tooling while using AI tools to move faster
- Communicate directly and clearly with a practical no-nonsense approach
