Requirements
- 4+ years full-stack product engineering experience
- 2+ years independently delivering production features across frontend backend and data
- Strong TypeScript and modern React frontend experience
- Experience designing and implementing backend APIs and server-side logic
- Good relational data and SQL fundamentals
- Ability to deliver meaningful end-to-end product features
- Experience with authentication permissions and multi-tenant SaaS products
- Strong understanding of loading error empty and recovery states
- Good debugging skills across browser API and data layers
- Ability to write maintainable well-structured code and tests
- Sound judgement around production risk
- Clear communication realistic estimation and dependable delivery
- Willingness to work within established engineering patterns and review standards

Day to day
- Build customer-facing product workflows that turn Cascade's AI engines into a polished filmmaking experience.
- Deliver end-to-end features across UI APIs data permissions testing and production support in a fast-moving beta environment.
- Improve onboarding collaboration billing dashboards and internal tools so creators can reach value quickly and keep working smoothly.
