Requirements
- Degree in Business Engineering Operations Project Management or related field
- Extensive experience leading global programs PMO functions or cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of program governance project lifecycle management and stage-gate methodologies
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives within international matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills
- Experience with project and program management tools such as Jira Smartsheet Microsoft Project or similar platforms
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable execution plans
- Experience within manufacturing industrial technology software or engineering organizations preferred
- PMO PMP Agile or related certifications are considered an advantage

Day to day
- Lead governance and execution management for globalization programs across multiple regions and business functions
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks reporting structures and execution processes
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage integrated plans timelines risks and dependencies
- Drive stage-gate execution facilitate executive reviews and improve KPI visibility and reporting
