- 5+ years in EdTech HRTech L&D or Talent Development
- Hands-on experience with digital learning and microlearning products
- Experience in an EdTech startup high-growth product company or large-scale learning platform
- Strong understanding of corporate learning ecosystem including LMS L&D and workforce development
- Experience with both B2B and B2C SaaS products
- Practical experience managing digital products and P&L responsibility
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivery processes
- Ability to use AI tools daily and build AI agents or orchestrators
- Experience building functional prototypes with Lovable or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency with modern digital tools
- Professional working proficiency in English
