Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or lead game design within mobile gaming
- Experience scaling mobile games or launching major features
- Experience with action PvP competitive or skill-based games
- Hands-on game design experience in progression economy balancing or player motivation
- Strong experience on live mobile games preferably midcore or hybrid-casual-to-midcore
- Deep understanding of F2P game loops
- Track record of owning strategy roadmap prioritization and feature delivery
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Experience defining and running A/B tests
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Strong ownership and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English

- Define and refine product strategy and roadmap for midcore live games
- Own prioritization and planning across gameplay meta progression monetization and LiveOps
