Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related role
- Knowledge of U.S. markets market structure and clearing
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development tools
- Experience with data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Knowledge of international markets a plus
- Desire to learn new things and be flexible in a quickly changing environment
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex operational setting

Day to day
- Define and execute product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals
- Translate regulatory and business processes into clear Business Requirements Documents
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to guide product development and innovation
- Collaborate with Tech and Member Experience teams to communicate system changes and improve customer experience
- Conduct regular product reviews and recommend thoughtful improvements based on data and business needs
