Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience with PrismHR or similar CRM system in product management, support or services
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience supporting or implementing CRM systems
- Understanding of customer problems and their priorities
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to identify and mitigate development and implementation risks
- Exceptional customer-centric skills
- High level of grit and initiative
- Passion for the product and continuous learning
Desirables
- HCM and/or HR Technology software experience
- Experience with Pragmatic Marketing framework
- Experience working with UX Designers
- Experience in PrismHR or PEO and Human Capital Management Outsourcing
What the job involves
- Collaborate across all areas of the company
- Identify customer/market problems and participate in discovery process
- Work closely with product manager and engineering team to translate requirements
- Communicate product strategy, plans, and schedules to stakeholders
- Act as liaison between product teams, support, and professional services
- Ensure go to market needs are met and prioritized
