Requirements

3+ years of Business / Product Analyst experience or equivalent
Experience using the PrismHR platform preferred
Great understanding of Payroll workflow and HR service providers (PEOs) and SMBs
Excellent communication and organization skills
Software business and technical savvy/aptitude
Previous experience with HR platforms (Payroll, HR, Benefits, Compliance & Tax Management, Reporting)
Agile environment experience
Ability to supervise Agile Scrum rituals
Demonstrate grit and initiative

Nice to have

Passion for the Software product craft
Curiosity for continuous learning
Agile Framework certifications
Experience with Pragmatic Institute’s Product Management framework
