Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of Business / Product Analyst experience or equivalent
- Experience using the PrismHR platform preferred
- Great understanding of Payroll workflow and HR service providers (PEOs) and SMBs
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Software business and technical savvy/aptitude
- Previous experience with HR platforms (Payroll, HR, Benefits, Compliance & Tax Management, Reporting)
- Agile environment experience
- Ability to supervise Agile Scrum rituals
- Demonstrate grit and initiative

- Passion for the Software product craft

- Agile Framework certifications
- Experience with Pragmatic Institute’s Product Management framework
