Requirements

Experience in Product Management Business Analysis Operations Support or a related discipline with proven ability to analyze business processes and translate opportunities into product solutions
Strong knowledge of Disability and Absence products and operations with ability to identify challenges evaluate data and develop strategic recommendations
Experience working within Agile environments including feature definition requirements gathering backlog prioritization and collaboration with Product Owners and technology teams
Strong analytical problem-solving and data analysis skills including advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and use of data to support decision-making prioritization and business case development
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence partners across Operations Product and Technology
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies business processes and AI capabilities in a rapidly evolving environment

Day to day

Partner closely with the Product Manager to support product strategy roadmap development prioritization and delivery planning for Disability and Absence operational capabilities
Analyze operational processes data and business challenges to uncover inefficiencies and technology-enabled improvements that enhance performance and customer outcomes
Translate business opportunities into clear product requirements features and user stories while collaborating with engineering Operations Product Owners and Technology teams to deliver effective solutions
