Requirements
- 7 to 10 years in product management with enterprise SaaS and AI or ML-powered products
- Proven experience building and shipping agentic or AI-native product experiences in production
- Strong AI-native workflow using current AI tools and prompt engineering for research synthesis drafting analysis and prototyping
- Track record driving adoption activation retention and growth
- Fluent with product analytics experimentation and data-driven decision making
- Skilled in continuous discovery validation and Jobs To Be Done
- Technical acumen in AI system design including models retrieval evaluation latency cost and tradeoffs
- Strong collaboration influence and executive communication skills

Day to day
- Drive the product vision roadmap and success metrics for agentic AI experiences across the Magnet portfolio
- Design and deliver reliable explainable production-grade AI-native products including agents copilots human-in-the-loop workflows tool use retrieval and reasoning
- Define governance constraints output verification reversibility escalation paths and auditability to make autonomy trustworthy
- Own activation onboarding habitual use growth loops and retention by reducing friction and increasing time to value
- Instrument experiences run experiments conduct discovery and align cross-functional teams to ship measurable customer and business value
