Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years focused on growth at a high-velocity consumer startup
- Proven ownership of a meaningful company growth story
- Hands-on experience with referrals lifecycle onboarding funnels incentive design and experimentation infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills with direct use of data and SQL
- Bias for execution with ability to write PRDs and unblock engineering

Day to day
- Own the growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition activation retention and monetization for a crypto sportsbook and casino platform
- Build and operate the experimentation engine including tooling decision frameworks analytics and rapid testing workflows
- Drive acquisition and activation through referrals partner integrations paid landing pages onboarding funnels incentive design lifecycle programs and product-led growth surfaces
- Design retention and re-engagement systems such as bonus engines loyalty mechanics and lifecycle campaigns while working directly with engineering design and growth marketing
