Day to day
- Own a patient-facing AI triage product end to end, including vision, experience, quality, and safety.
- Shape product strategy and roadmap while building alignment across clinical, engineering, legal, design, analytics, and leadership partners.
- Lead human-centered discovery and use patient insights to improve conversational flow, trust, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop safety handoffs.
