Requirements
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Prior experience supporting alternative investments for broker-dealers custodians or wealth managers
- Extensive knowledge of retail alternative investment products operations and distribution workflows
- Understanding of private equity private credit hedge funds non-traded REITs and interval funds
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Jira and Confluence

Day to day
- Serve as the product and subject matter expert for retail alternative investment solutions within the Pooled Asset Solutions team.
- Define product capabilities and translate complex operational workflows into scalable back-office software solutions.
- Perform detailed business and technical analysis while partnering closely with engineering clients and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
