- Experience in bespoke software delivery within an agile external customer environment
- Client-facing consulting experience is essential
- Healthcare or public sector experience
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle from analysis to live operations
- Strong workshop facilitation skills with stakeholder groups
- Ability to model as-is and to-be business processes
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience breaking down work and managing backlog quality and maturity
- Ability to elicit functional technical and non-functional requirements and write user stories
- Skilled in prioritisation techniques and dependency management
- Ability to manage scope to meet MVP and value goals
- Able to work within commercial constraints and deadlines
- Excellent user story writing skills
- Able to build trusted relationships across delivery teams
- Experience contributing to bids and sales proposals
- Strong Agile experience with mentoring and coaching ability
- Experience managing coaching and developing junior team members
- Ability to explain technical jargon to non-technical and commercial audiences
Day to day
- Own the team backlog and drive feature delivery from inception to launch.
- Lead agile ceremonies workshops and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and resolve uncertainty.
- Coach and develop team members while supporting product initiatives and improving ways of working.
