Who you are
2-3 years of relevant product management experience in SaaS environment including shipping quality software and adapting it
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Obsessed with understanding users' needs and interacting directly with them to understand their pain points
Familiarity with Agile-influenced frameworks such as Scrum for building SaaS products
Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals
Strong collaborative leadership problem-solving skills and time management
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Translate complex business and technical issues into actionable work for a development team
Strong analytical skills and comfort with metric-based conclusions

What the job involves
Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements defining the product vision and working closely with engineering sales marketing as well as the CEO and leadership to bring experiences to life
Ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
Evaluate opportunities and determines what gets built and delivered to delight customers and users
Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
Know customers and users well and become an expert on the product
Define the success of the product based on valuable intelligence from various stakeholders customers and the market
